Run to You
Even when we push God away. He doesn’t force himself onto us. He will let go but his love never stops. He will wait for you and when you call out his name He will run to you. Doesn’t that amaze you? That He, the king of kings, will come running to you when you call out his name.
I’m not going to lie. This post came to me through a song. The song is called Run to You by Lacey Strum. I was driving to work one day this past week and that song comes on and immediately I start crying. Thinking wow my God does come running when I call out his name.
I’ve struggle with that though. I was once angry with God ,my heart harden, and I pushed him away. I didn’t want anything to do with him. I was just playing church. I didn’t understand why he put me through everything that he did. Then one day I was so overwhelmed I called out his name and he was right there. He’s pursing me everyday. Like I am with him. He loves me. He loves you.
If your going through something and you pushed God away. I pray that you just call out his name right now. He’s always waiting for us.
Run to God when all feels lost and I promise he will run to you.
